The First 6 Weeks with Baby
Learn about postpartum healing, infant feeding, early milestones, and local resources to support your transition into motherhood.

Red String Ceremony & Meditation
A special closing ritual to honour your journey and foster a sense of support and connection.

You’ll also receive a beautifully crafted workbook filled with space for reflection, a nourishing muffin recipe, and resources including lactation cookie and labor aid recipes, plus local support recommendations.
